They do have a lovely physical facility yet the hearts of the staff is simply skeletal remains. They did give me beautiful flowers and thats the best thing they have to offer because the funeral directors and the office coordinator are deceptive and unethical. The staff called me and asked how much money it would take for me to not air my grievances then the owners of the company who have no idea what's going on in their business acted as if I just wanted money.
